| Re: LC Divas' Joyous July! Hi Ladies, I am enjoying my lc life. I saw onederland again this morning, very excited about that. I know my official weigh-in day is Monday but I usually weigh every morning (Im a scale addict.) I was happy to see 198 instead of that dread 2 that I swore I would never see again. My lowest weight has been 192 since I started losing weight so I will be ecstatic when I see 180 anything. I am doing pretty good if I may say so myself. KUTGW everyone.

| Re: LC Divas' Joyous July! Woot Woot! I know I usually just weigh on monday and had gained a lb. But I could not let it go and weighed again this evening. I now have lost that lb and 3 more for a total loss of 15 so far!!!!!

| Re: LC Divas' Joyous July! Go Divas!!!  I, too, am a scale addict! I weigh everyday. For me, it allows me to stay focused on plan. If I see a gain, I really must look at what I took in the day before honestly. I can usually pinpoint where I faltered IF I am honest with myself. Newme ~ I know what you mean about see the 180s. I haven't seen the 170s in over a year! I will be estatic to see 179 again. I am so close. Evie ~ you have lost 12 sticks of butter!!! Visualize that and it is a lot more than 3 pounds sounds. Every victory, big or small, deserves celebration! We are LC Divas, aren't we? We love a good party!! Katkins ~ where are you and how are you doing today? How about the rest of the LC Divas out there? Babybluejay? Mab? Come on in and join in our Joyous July filled with celebrations!!!

| Re: LC Divas' Joyous July! Hi Divas! Congrats to everyone for doing so good! I too am scale addict! My routine is to get up and use the bathroom then right on to the scale every morning. I have been pretty good about not doing it everyday tho. Keep up it up Divas! |

Re: LC Divas' Joyous July!  Good morning LC Divas!!!! It is cool and rainy in Indy today but I don't care...I got on the scale this morning and saw......178!!!!! That's right, the next decade!!!! It has been over a year since I have seen the 170s. I am doing a Happy Diva dance while wearing the red, white and blue tiara! For the last week I hovered at 180. I knew I would see a drop sooner or later. I stuck to plan, was honest with myself, and kept making the right choices. Wow! What a reward this morning! It just doubles my determination to stay true to my journey while at my bil's barbque this afternoon. So, how are my LC Diva pals doing? Stay strong ladies ~ remember you have the power! Happy Fourth of July and remember our Troops today and everyday!
