Hi Everyone!
I'm Ary's Gran & have just decided to jump in here with both feet!! Usually I have just lurked, but would really like to join in. I'm 57,doing Atkins for the second time around. I just finished Induction & started adding in more vegs. I have gotten some really good advice here today. Thanks all.

This is a great site. The great people who frequent here have really encouraged me to stay with this WOE (way of eating). You will find lots of great advise .
