Congrats Ginny! (Don't you just LOVE how everyone gushes and is soooo supportive around here It just makes me feel all warm and gooey inside!)

I can't afford to get my bloodwork done or anything like that, but I did find out from a friend that my old dietician started recommending Low Carb eating! (This after my 40lb drop the first time I was on it! I do believe medical personal are coming around! And it is wonderful!

Congrats again on your sucess!

Have no fear, we are here, to support 1lb at a time...
