I also got a visit from the "whoosh" fairy this AM. Another 2 lbs down ! I had been at 140 for about 5 weeks.

Way to go Jake! I know what you are feeling!! I did not think I would ever get in the 180s . I have to always remind myself that "Rome was not built in a day" and neither was I .
