| Hi all. Just thought you would be interested in what i heard at work last night. I was talking to a guy who had had his stomach stapled about 2 months ago. I asked him if he was still losing. He said yes but he was not being good because he was not following Drs. orders and watching what he eats. I asked if he was supposed to be eating low-fat and he said no.......LOW CARB!!!!!!! He started listing the foods he was to avoid.....pasta, bread. potatoes etc. I was just floored and thought I've GOT to tell the group about THIS. Becki |

| It was my husbands cardiologist that got us started on LC. Since then I have lost 40 pounds and my husband has lost 45 pounds. My doctor was sceptical and told me not to do it more than a year. I decided to teach by example!! Beckie |

| I work at a university hospital and actually the majority of our docs are all for low carbing... especially the residents (newbies). I say majority here, but honestly I don't know any docs at my hospital that are against it and anyone who is losing weight is low carbing. Susan LC and feeling better every day!
