| when I go to fitday and put my food in, it's always more than 50% fat!!! Isn't something very wrong with that..??? Like for today it is: 1147 calories, 76 grams of fat, 18 grams carb and 98 grams protein. Am I gonna lose with that??? |

| 50% and more is normal for this woe. If you think about it, if you are at 40 grams of carbs a day that 160 calories. If you're eating 2000 calories a day that's 8%. That leaves 92%. If your protein is at 80 or let's be generous and say 100, then that's 400 calories or 20%. so now you're left with 72% calories from fat. What would you increase to get fat down below 50%? If you tried to achieve say 40% fat you would have to eat 52% protein. which is 260 grams of protein. way more than you could eat probably. remember a fat gram has 9 calories and protein and carbs have 4. so fat adds up faster.
