My mom, dad and I have been doing the Atkins for approx. 4 weeks and we've all lost, however, I seemed to have stalled for the past 2 weeks. I trying not to get discouraged b/c I know this way of eating works. My sister started in January and by May, she'd lost 67 lbs and she looks great. I just want to know if there's something we are doing wrong. I keep telling my mom that it could be that she's preparing two green vegetables with our meals. However, somewhere on this website I read that the green vegetables were okay, even if you eat more than you should. We have had no bread, pasta, etc.
