| Jo, here is a link to the breakfast cereal.that I eat 3-4 times a week. Maggie's Cereal I make the mix in batches of 2 pounds of each ingredient. It also makes a good baking mix that I use for my breakfast One Minute Muffins. The base cereal is bland, so you can flavor it up to suit your taste. I typically use brown sugar splenda syrup and a variety of spices, depending on the mood I'm in. One of my favorites, especially in cold weather, is to make it a little extra thick and add cocoa and vanilla. I refer to that combination as my breakfast chocolate pudding.

| If you can stand a few extra carbs, a little bit of coconut flour in the cereal mix adds texture without adding a coconut taste.

| count me in as another fan of maggie's cereal. with a little sugar free maple syrup and cooked up with a touch of cream and sweetner, it's just as good as i remember oatmeal but so much better for me!
