I have been wondering lately if what I need is to shake up my system. I have not really cheated. I have taken a bite here and there of higher carb foods, but never a whole portion. I think I need something, just not sure what!

I have not went off plan because I am afraid of not being able to get back on again. When I make LC cheesecake I have a terrible time craving sweets after I have eaten it. I feel if I let myself eat a "real" sweet I will have to go through the withdrawals again. I also have gotten really sick the 2 times I have eaten chocolate in the past 6 months--really sick!

I think if I do eat off plan, I will have to do it in secret. As much as I go on about this WOL to my relatives I am sure they would not let me eat high carb foods .

when i was on weight watchers there was a theory similar to this. on ww you eat a certain amount of points per day. some people believed that if you went over your points by about 10 one day & then cut down to your regular points the next, it would jumpstart you. it was a week long phase called the "wendie plan". it was very familiar on message boards & chats but not recognized by the ww plan itself.

oh I agree with this one, but only for one treat otherwise i get side effects:

stomach pains
bloating
excessive wind
water retention
fatigue
spots
spaced out
more cravings
extra regular 'movements'
I've been fallen off for nearly a week (work trip to Italy and being a vegie abroad followed by a friend visiting and pushing carbs onto not just her, but myself)naughty. 7lb increase in just one week!! induction again...never again...
