I have a great lowcarb cookbook. A few tasty sounding recipes call for sugar free pizza sauce. Does anyone know where I can find this?

It's not sugar free pizza sauce, but it might give you some ideas.

I love Classico Spaghetti sauce. They are one of the best brands on the market, and they are strangely low in carbs, with a whole bunch of flavors, some lower than others.

Check out http://www.classico.com/products.asp to see some of the varieties and their carb counts. The Spicy red pepper sauce has 4 net carbs per half cup.

I'm still trying to think of something to do with their Alfredo sauces.

Ragu pizza sauce is not sugar-free, but it also only has 4 grams of carbs per half cup serving. I use Ragu pizza sauce in my Pizza Casserole.

Unless I recall correctly, Ragu doesn't list any sugar as an ingredient. The sugars listed on the nutrition label will be from the tomatos, and there are NO pizza sauses I know of that won't list those!

I can get 4 pizza quiches from a jar of Ragu, and I only count 6 grams carbs for the sauce on a whole quiche.

another option is to make your own--tomato paste is lower in carbs and if you add a little water, splenda to taste, and spices, WALA--pizza sauce
