| Hi all. I'll try to make this as brief as possible. I started this woe June 25 this year. Amazingly I lost 45 lbs in 6 weeks!!! Than I stalled and played with a 2 lb gain....1 lb loss...3 lb gain...2 lb loss....etc.... I continued this way until 2 weeks ago. Thats where April comes in.....I saw her post about the "purist" approach. I had been having lc cheesecake and other home made goodies..always staying within my limit of carbs though. Anyway the lightbulb went on and I went back to the basic meat and veggies and...woooooosh... So April if you read this....big hugs... Also to everyone who is so helpful and take time to help all of us lc'ers THANK YOU!!!!!! Live well Love much Laugh often Started June 25 2003 235/185/160 Becki |
