| I know that I've seen this topic out there but I can't find it. Lately I've been plagued with these dull headaches. Any suggestions?? Thanks, Karen |

| Are you in your first 2-3 weeks? If so, that’s probably why. Typical carb withdrawl. Generally, they pass after a few days and there isn’t much you can do about them other than take some aspirin. If you’re past induction and don’t think that’s the problem, you might want to post a few samples of your daily food intake including beverages, vitamins, etc. Perhaps the board can help you identify the problem. Some people get headaches when they are dehydrated. Are you drinking enough water? Member since 2001 http://www.ilovelowcarb.com Size 24(start lowfat)/Size 18(start LC)/Size 14/Size 8 |
