 Progress Reports Please OWLS 1. I got my wedding ring off last week for the first time in three years.  I have one less roll between my breasts and stomach.  Tonight, I was "hitchin" up my semi-fat pants (one step down from my REALLY fat pants).  I wore my size 16 slacks to work this week for the first time in two years. OK, they were still uncomfortably tight, but not "I can't wear these anymore" kind of tight.  Finally, (and the best thing) I finally feel in control of my food intake rather than food controlling me. And I can't find an excited enough character to illustrate how good that makes me feel!! Well, I'll try.    Cisco (half way there)
