| Does anyone know how may carbs are in crepes? I had some at Ihop this morning and don't know what to count. |

| If you only had one, maybe it is not so bad and might not sabotage you. But I would think that they have a lot of carbs for the simple fact that flour and milk are used in the recipe. ~Steph |

| MT, one recipe I have says that each crepe has 10 grams carbohydrate. I have no idea about IHOP's, or what you might need to count if there was any sauce in the filling. I'm presuming you had one of those egg and meat stuffed crepes. BC 172/108/108 Zone since 4/98 |

| One of the Atkins books has a recipe for soya pancakes (no milk, no wheat flour) you can make crepes by using small amounts of these. Crepes and pancakes are the same thing, although in France you can also get savoury crepes called gallettes. Probably lots of carbs if you're having normal crepes.. |
