Has coffee stalled anyone else? I drink way too much coffee and i'm pretty sure that's why i am stalled but it's so hard to give it up.I drink 3 cups in the morning and 2-3 cups in the evening.I drink it black with splenda-3 packs with each cup(i know that's way too much splenda).I don't understand why i crave it after i get home from work.
I think im trying to make myself believe that since i don't eat very many cabs through the day it won't hurt but i guess it does

You are using 18 carbs in coffee alone, seems like you should get some 0 carb davinci vanilla and I bet stall will end!

To get to the rainbow you must first pass through the rain!

Davinci is a syrup, there is a SF line and they carry flavors made with regular sugar also. The SF is sweetened with Splenda and many LCers use Davinci with coffee and certainly in cooking. I personally use them in my kefir smoothies too.

You can buy the vanilla and maybe hazelnut at Walmart. A great online source is Netrition.com and Davinci also has their own website.

I checked most of the flavors I have and the label states for one tablespoon there is 5mg. of sodium, 0 carbs, 0 calories. I personally count it as one carb per tablespoon.

A side note on the coffee, caffiene has never inhibited my weight loss, the only down side of drinking coffee is this...you can't drink your water if you're constantly walking around with a mug of coffee!

HTH

Take care

I drink way too much coffee also. I had to go to Chicago last week for 6 days and didn't have coffee at all. I also didn't have my almost daily glass of wine while there. I dropped 4 pounds after a 7 month stall.

I have a question I though that Splenda was ok to use because the body does not absorb it and there for you did not have to worry about the carbs in it??

I drink tons of coffee and it never has stalled me. YMMV.

Polina I thought that too but then learned that the packets of splenda have fillers and that is where the carbs come from. The syrups use liquid splenda, no carbs. However, I have talked to people who seem to have sugar spikes with splenda as well as all other artificial sweeteners so I think they affect us all different. It may stall some of us and not others. Guess we all have to figure that out for ourselves.

I use splenda for baking, cheese cake it is really good now I have to rethink the carbs that I am putting in my body. I am glad to find out that coffee does not affect every one I don't think that I can give that up in the mornings. Thank you for the reply Shawny.
