I have had holidays for the last two weeks and to be honest stopped counting the carbs. When the holidays were over I found I had put on only 2 lbs! After three days, I'm back to 180! Also, my husband, who will never give up bread although he has cut down, has lost 9lbs just through my cooking breakfast and having low carb dinners. I was surprised to be honest I really thought I would have put on all that weight! Goes to show my choices were all ok even when I wasn't trying, so to me that proves I have now gotten used to this WOL!

Yippee!! This is great news! I have also found that when I stray (vacations are always the worst) if I am faithful to my WOL/WOE when I get home I lose whatever pounds I have gained during the bad times.

Congrats to your DH as well - funny isn't it? There is never any postive spillover for the family members from Weight Watchers (for example) - but since lo carbing is basically eating healthy and good foods - everyone benefits!!

Hugs,
Rachel
