Found this, sounded yummy, is it legal?

This elegant side dish adds a healthy green to your meal.

2-3 pounds broccoli
1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted*
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 Tbsp. salt
Freshly grated nutmeg

* To toast almonds, place in shallow baking pan and bake uncovered in 350°F oven about 10 minutes, stirring often, until lightly browned.

Fill a large pot three-fourths full with water. Bring to rapid boil.
Meanwhile, cut broccoli florets from stems. Peel stems and cut into 1-in. pieces. Melt butter in small saucepan and set aside.
Add salt to boiling water. Plunge broccoli into water; return to boil. Cook broccoli uncovered until bright green and tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain well and transfer to serving dish.
Stir toasted almonds and nutmeg into melted butter. Spoon over broccoli and serve. Makes 6 to 8 servings

Assuming you're past induction, it sounds okay to me. You might want to start with fewer almonds the first time to see how things go, then increase them later.

This sounds heavenly. I've made something similar with green beans but never thought to try broccoli.
As was mentioned -- if you're past induction this sounds legal.

Wow that sounds delicious, bet it would be good with fresh green beans too. Personally I would cut the salt in half. Thanks for sharing an interesting twist on broccoli.

Repeat after me...There's no place like home.

I'd eat it and consider it totally legal. Sounds like something to try soon.

Sherry, this sounds delicious. With the holidays fast approaching I am looking for new side dish recipes. It looks legal to me.
