I have been taking a multi vitamin, B-12 and folic acid for a while now every day. Just now noticed my B-12 has yeast in it. Is that okay for this WOE???

...well, it is more of a question of whether it is ok or not for you. I've found many vitamins use yeast and/or mushrooms for their B sources. If you have candida, those can be major trigger foods.
