First time here. I went to Ruby Tuesday's today for lunch and I ordered Grilled Chicken and told the waitress to leave the rice off.When she brought my meal she asked me if I was "doing" Atkins. I said Yes. She then told me that they have a new menu coming out on Nov 11 that is geared to those on Atkins. I was so excited to share this with those who care. I have never written before and I hope this works. She told me that they get requests all the time for low carb meals.So someone is listening.

I have also heard that Hardees is coming out with a low carb (5gm) hamburger and hotdog bun!!!! and that POPEYES Chicken and Arby's has low carb meals and salads!!!!.... I am in Virginia and have yet to see this here, but I have heard in other areas it has started already!!!!!
