| If their website lists the whole sandwich, you can subtract somewhere in the area of 25-30 carbs for the bread itself - that's the average fast food bun. (296/222/135) 04/01/03 The Downward Spiral Begins |

| The information is there, it's just down a couple of layers. On their website click on the Nutrition link and then on Nutritional Information. I found that a chargrilled chicken sandwich has 30 carbs while chargrilled chicken (1 filet, no bun, no pickles) has 1 carb. |

| Here is a link to a place that lists calories, fat, fiber, and carbs for Chick-fil-a http://www.dwlz.com/Restaurants/chickfila.html www.dwlz.com/Restaurants has a lot of common eateries listed. Not all provide as much information, but they list what they can and update the information quite frequently. Few places break down nutrition to the individual components. I know Wendy's does. Most other places give you the whole sandwich. Maybe if you combine Wendy's components, you can get an educated guess on what a sandwich without bread is somewhere else could be... I hope this helps.
