| Same here, I remember my mom dieting all the time and all she ever did was cut back on carbs and maybe drink skim milk. Until I read about and was so gung-ho about low fat diets I always lost weight by cutting back carbs. I can only estimate but I was probably cutting carbs back to about 60 to 80 a day.
