Hello everyone. Three years ago I lost 30 lbs on this WOE and sloooowly began eating like I did before...now, three years later, I've gained back 10lbs. Not bad, but not good. All I remember is how wonderful and full of energy I used to feel following this path...I just wonder why I gave it up. Lately I've been feeling sluggish, tired all the time, out of energy, irritable, etc. I just want to feel good again! Tomorrow is a new day and there are eggs in the frig calling my name for breakfast!....lots of water to follow.

I've been thru this before, this time I intend to stick to a healthy life style! I'm here for support, and I'm here to help...best wishes to all.

Thank you all for the warm welcome. Today has started out very well...eggs for breakfast and already 50 oz of water. Went to the store and picked up all legal food and I know it's mind over matter but I feel better already! Hopefully, this time I won't have the horrible withdrawls i had the first time, but I'm prepared...it's well worth it.
