I was there with my friend who is also doing LC. We were stocking up on ingredients to make a mega batch of pumpkin granola tomorrow. I was scoping out the Keto Frosted Flakes, as DH ate all 3 boxes I'd bought. Another woman was perusing all of the LC goods. We started chatting and exchanged a couple of LC tips. What fun!

Our local grocery store (Coborn's) is just a godsend for us. We live in a really rural area, the closest town is about 7000 people. This grocery store opened up this past spring and the woman that runs the health food section is just awesome. She does her best to get special requests in and she is STOCKING the department with lots of LC stuff. It's so great!

The tide is turning, slowly, but surely!

Thats Great Jenna!! Always nice to meet someone in the area that is LC'ing....As for the store..that is terrific...A few stores around my area are starting to get it together and offer more stuff.....the biggest one is my local GNC...the owner is great and is always scoping out new products for us LC'ers....One day everyone will get the picture and LC products will be overflowing the shelves!!

Boy I wish I could find a good lowcarb store in Salt Lake! All I tend to find in my supermarkets are a couple of Atkins products but usually all the "good tasting" ones are off the shelves by the time I get there. I don't wanna hafta start ordering all my LC stuff on-line. WAAAAA.
