| LOL, Thanks guys!!! I have been going to the gym again and doing the (I don't know what the machine is called) thingy where your feet are kinds cycling up and down and you hold onto the handles, which move too. I LOVE it. I strap on my Robert Miles tape and away I go. Although, any time I do the machines, my heart rate gets pretty high. but the best thing about it is that I DO sweat!!! I never sweat on the other machines, so I figure this is the one for me. I have to start doing my dumbells again, building up my muscles so I can do the weight training at the gym too. I am starting to like exercise better now, with some of the tonnage gone. It's not quite so strenuous and exhausting. Barb Atkins-3/14/03 174/147.4/135 "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing." |
