Hey guys! Do not know if everyone has yet to try the Cinnamon Nut Granola by LowCarbSuccess. Our low-carb store in San Antonio just brought it in, and it is absolutely wonderful! Around $6.00 per bag and really really tasty. Only 1 carb per 1/2 cup, entire bag is 6 carbs..great with milk also to eat as breakfast if you would like something tasty! Go for it guys, if you love granola - you will think you were not LC'ing anymore!

I tried this a very long time ago and OMG, it gave me such bloating and gas because it has Malitol in it. One day I thought I was going to die I was in such distress. I could tolerate Malitol at first, but when I bought this stuff, no more. Good luck if you tolerate it.

Wow, so sorry to hear that. Actually funny when you said that because I had the carbolite Gummy Bears (which are very tasty) and I have never experience stomach cramping like that before...
I know that the malitol in that effected me, however it does not in the granola..go figure!

Don't forget Sharron Long's recipe on this board for pumpkin granola--perfect for this time of year and sooooo delicious!

I've also had the Gram's Gourmet, it's pretty good. Ouis is right!! I've make Sharron's Pumpkin Granola recipe twice and it is very good! It smells so good when it's cooking and tastes even better!

I personally think Sharron's recipe is cheaper than buying the granolas on the web. IMHO.
