Do a Google search and enter your keywords. Another idea is to find a Trader Joe's. There are three in Ohio; Dublin, Woodmere & Kettering.

Trader Joe's

Good luck!

Take care~

That's unfortunate but don't give up. They're opening more an dmore low carb stores every day. In fact the list i linked to may not be up to date. Susan;s idea of a google search may be just what you need. My low carb store is a 30 minute drive from me but the next nearest one is 120 miles. But there is a health food store here in town where I can get many of the stples of low carbing like soy protein isolate and almond flour. Also low carb breads in the freezer section and bulk food items like wheat bran. If nothing turns up there's always internet mail order.

As far as finding a store in a town you're not familiar with, try mapquest and check driving directions to the stores address.

Justthething,

I don't know how close you are to Denver, but I ran across this during one surf session:

Looks promising, anyway!

If you just cant find a LC store (like me) I find netrition.com has everything I need and their shipping is the same price no matter how much you order.

LC and feeling better every day!
