I am interested in a nice condensed list of Low Carb product reviews. If you could write down what you've tried... and whether you thought it was good, great, excellent, fair, blah or a waste of money.. I'd really REALLY appreciate it. I have spent so much money on products and tasted them once and then hated them.... I can't keep doing this.

I've tried and LOVED:
Atkins Endulge mint wafers
Carbolite Crispy Caramel bars
Atkins Morning start choc chip breakfast bars
Atkins Crispums (?) like chips- taste great with a tunafish salad

I did not particularly care for:
Atkins Advantage bars
Atkins shakes (in the can)
Atkins shake powder (they are ok if done in a blender but if you stir it then it's gloppy)

Things that are Ok and would buy again:
DaVinci syrups
Atkins ketchup
Atkins Bake Mix

Absolutely hated:
Atkins white bread mix
Atkins pancake mix
Atkins pancake syrup

As you can see -- my experience is limited mostly to Atkins products. I am very much interested in other brands.

LOVE:
LeCarb Ice Cream (tried choc. and vanilla)
CarbSense Tortilla Chips (Plain and Pico de Gallo)
La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat and Green Onion flavors LC tortillas
O'Solo buns (pumpernickel, sourdough, cinn raisin, the banana walnut is TO DIE FOR!) toast for best results. 3-3.5g carb each bun.
Soy Slender soy milk by West Soy (very little soy aftertaste and very LC)
DaVinci's Syrups I've tried french vanilla, danish pastry, coconut, pineapple, hazelnut, raspberry...all great

NOT BAD
Atkins Indulge Ice Cream chocolate
Klondike Carb Smart Bars Kinda high carb count and not nearly as good as LeCarb, but if you get desperate
Flax O Meal Hot Cereal Cinnamon/Spice
Atkins Pancake Mix good for a change of pace breakfast for OWL'ers

YECCHHHHH!!!
Keto Brand Chips taste like sawdust
Anything made with large amounts of sugar alcohols for obvious reasons

Charski I visited that product review site. What a HOOT! I loved reading some of those reviews -- especially the ones where people did NOT like a product.

Made me nervous though. LOL. I bought some Keto vanilla pudding today and one of the reviews said, "Ever smell dirty diapers? Well that's what Keto vanilla pudding smells like."
Can we say EWWWWW!!
And then I also bought Keto Krisp cereal and boy was there differing opinions on that one!
Thanks again!! That is a great site.

Generally, I think Atkins center products aren't a good value. Fortunately, it's becoming easier to find more reasonably priced alternatives. OTOH, a lot of the items in my like list below are quite pricey, too.

Really like:
Da Vinci Syrups
Osolo pumpernickle or sour dough buns
Pleasantville muffin mix
Trader Joe's Soy, Flaxseed Tortilla Chips
La Tortilla tortillas
Hansen's Diet Ginger Ale
Michel Cluziel 85% cocoa chocolate
Trader Joe's whole almond meal
www.AlmondsOnline blanched almond meal
Marantha Organic Peanut Butter
Marie's Blue Cheese Dressing
Thicken/Thin Not Sugar and TT Not Starch (Expert Foods)
Erytritol
Splenda
Real Cream (dried dairy cream) (Expert Foods)
Atkins old Corn Meal Muffin Mix (discontinued)
Steel's cherry and apricot jams (forgot to add these earlier)

Kind of like:
Atkins Endulge Ice Cream (it's no where near as pretty as it looks in the ads)
Atkins Vanilla shakes in the can
Atkins Teriyaki Sauce
Bread for Life LC bread (?? is that the name?)
NOW Coconut Oil
Trader Joe's Coconut Oil
Flaxomeal
Pleasantville Flavor Essences
Diet Rite Cola
Lindt 85% cocoa chocolate
Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal
Bob's Red Mill Wheat Germ
Designer Whey Protein French Vanilla
Trader Joe's Egg and Milk Protein Powder
Sugar Free Konsyl 100% Natural Psyllium Fiber

So-so about:
Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup
Walden Farms Ketchup
Stevia Clear
Stevia Plus
Carbsense Hot Cereal
Atkins Advantage Bars (fudge browie, peanut butter)
Atkins Endulge Peanutbutter Cups
EAS (cookies and cream)
EAS shakes
Protein Power Shakes
Atkins Chocolate Shake Mix
Trader Joe's Soy Protein Powder
Bob's Red Mill xanthan gum and guar gum
Hansen's Diet Black Cherry soda

Did not like:
Diet Rite Raspberry or Peach soda
Atkins hard candies
Atkins syrup
Bran-a-crisp
Pleasantville cookies (sorry... I know they are very nice people and valued sponsors; I do like their other products)
CarbSafe Belgian Chocolates

Hated:
Atkins Bake Mix

Flax-o-meal strawberries and Cream-- yum
La tortilla LC tortillas-- good; a nice addition to my menu
Pure Delite chocolate bars (and only 97 cents at Walmart)--like real chocolate
Russell Stover peanut butter cups--good!

Newest discovery: (thanks to someone on the boards)-- Carb Countdown Chocolate milk: tastes like the real thing, and very LC. My non LC DH loved it too. I'm hoping their regular milk will be good too.

Love:
Steel's Blueberry syrup
Steel's Cranberry sauce
Steel's Blueberry jam
Atkins Pancake Mix
Da Vinci syrups
DeLite dark chocolate bars (had to stop eating them because they stalled me, but boy were they tasty)
Atkins Fudge Brownies (add walnuts to mix)
Hated:
All the pasta products. Even cooking them correctly and adding sauce didn't kill the taste.
All the variety of bars, they just taste like sawdust to me.
Jok n Al's Mint Sauce-nasty
Pleasantville Cookies and Brownies, sawdust and hay mixed together came to mind.

I did have to laugh about the various opinions. What one person loves another person hates.

i love la torilla's lc tortillas and the hershey's dark sugar free chocolate--do not like the peanut butter cups. Also love Russel stover's s/f candy.

I try not to find MORE stuff to like.

Like a lot:
LeCarb ice cream (will not buy again any time soon; WAY too good!)
DaVinci syrups
La Tiara taco shells
Atkins Endulge caramel nut bar (will not buy again; too good)
EAS AdvantEdge shake, chocolate fudge (very LC, not full of sugars)

Like somewhat:
Keto Honey Nut Frosted Flakes (but don't be thinking "real" frosted flakes or you're bound to be disappointed)
Keto tortilla chips (made good fake nachos)
La Tortilla tortillas (texture a little odd)
Atkins Crunchers in plain, BBQ, and nacho cheese (don't like the "mouthfeel" after chewing them)
Atkins Ketch-A-Tomato (spiced oddly for ketchup, I thought; can't wait for the Heinz LC!)
Atkins Advantage S'mores bar
Chef's Choice LC Bowls
Aunt Millie's Whole Grain (or whatever it's called) LC bread
Steel's hot fudge sauce

Yucky:
Atkins Crunchers sour cream and onion
Atkins sourdough bread (what's with the wet sponge texture?)
Atkins rye bread (better than the sourdough, but still yucky)
CarbSolutions bars (got me thru a pinch while traveling, but definitely would not buy again)
Atkins Advantage bar, chocolate/coconut (coconut overlaid with vitamin flavor)

Like some others, after some early experimentation, I decided what I really like best of all is real food (meat, veggies, cheese, cream, etc.).

I'm with you on sticking to "real" food, but it's really nice to have some ideas for the easy stuff when I don't have time to cook.

I need to find the tortillas. I used to LIVE on tacos and quesadillas and haven't had one for SIX weeks. (oh the pain!!)

Things I've liked:

Only one: Atkins Steak Sauce. (Great!)

Things I haven't liked:

Just about everything else.

I'm in heaven. I tried the Keto French vanilla pudding mix. I mixed it as directed with the water and heavy cream but added a pkt of Splenda and some vanilla.

It is the consistency and flavor of tapioca which is what I have been missing very much.

A small bowl of that REALLLLY hit the spot.

i haven't tried too many things (most cost too much for my low budget) I did try a new "cup of soup" that was low carb (bought at a new low carb store here in austin). I got the Broccoli cheedar soup - thought it would be great, it wasn't. No flavor - not sure what they forgot, but it was pretty bland, and I wouldn't get it again.
Tried some low carb tortillas - not bad - but not something I would eat all the time.
