| Congratulations Kelly! Like you, I had been eating this way a LONG time when I got pregnant so I was really apprehensive about reintroducing carbs... Here is an article I wrote a few months ago re: this leap from *low-carb* to *lower-carb*: http://www.lowcarbeating.com/article...&scat_name=Low Carbing and Medical Conditions&cat_num=22&cat_name=Low Carb Knowledge Definitely read up on the glycemic index as this will help you tremendously with choosing WHICH carbs to reintroduce. An awesome book to get: The New Glucose Revolution by Jennie Brand-Miller, PhD., et., al. I am right at 5 months now and I'm doing *pretty* well... struggled a LOT with nausea and strong food aversions early on and had to eat what I could stand. I wish you a healthy, happy pregnancy!
