Ok, I'm stuck. I have cheated , whip me, beat me. I guess since I have been stalled ....again.. I'm feeling a little down .maybe I should try induction again. The holidays are coming it's getting colder haven't been in ketosis in I don't know how long no inches lost lately (is that enough complaining ?) Any suggestions ?

You probably don't have to do full blown induction, maybe just keep your carbs around 35-40g. Drink lots of water, and try to get in some exercise. Don't beat yourself up. Just get back on that horse!!!!

I always feel that when I get off track a few days of reduced carbs and a lot of walking helps me get back on track. I don't do a full induction just cut my carbs back to 30 or less.
It can often mean the difference between no loss that week and a pound or two.
    Good luck!

Try backing off on the carbs. Look for the highest glycemic food in your diet and remove that first. And if you're eating bars, don't eat them.

When I stalled, I went back to induction for a few days, then slowly added nuts and seeds into my diet. The most important thing is to try to find the reason for your stall. For me, it was all the sugar alcohols - the bars, the SF candies - that all took its toll on me. Now that I've gotten back on track and eliminated the sugar alcohols, I feel great again!

    Good luck!

I started eating spinach salad for lunch every day and it REALLY got things moving!
