First I worked out at Curves and was talking Atkins to someone and I said sarcastically, trying to be funny "I better shut up now and stop preaching Atkins" and two other women said they were doing Atkins. We talked a little about induction.

Then I went food shopping at Shoprite.
In the produce dept. I was talking to this produce guy and he was amazed at making faux mashed potatoes! He said he wanted to try them. (Cauliflower is $1 at Shoprite this week).

Then at the market the person at the fish counter said I look like I lost weight. That was pretty cool!

Then at the meat dept. I was talking to these two ladies about lc and the atkins bread that's on sale at Shoprite this week for $4. That was pretty cool too!

Wow! Sounds like you've had a motivating day! Isn't it great when you get compliments when you least expect it?
