| Polly's Restaurant (chain in Long Beach/Orange County, CA) now has Spinach Scramble on its breakfast menu. You cannot order it ala carte (but you can give your potatoes and cinnamon roll to your dining companion). It's three eggs scrambled with fresh spinach and mushrooms and has jack cheese and sausage mixed in. I ordered it yesterday and was suprised at how yummy it was. My 14-year-old was happy to eat the potatoes and cinnamon roll that came with it. The combo includes coffee and the macademia nut is great (I had 3 cups). This is a nice treat for a weekend breakfast. |

| Sounds yummy. Too bad we don't have Polly's in Salt Lake. But I might just try to make that scramble myself. ![]() Michelle -- 208/194/140 Started Atkins 9/03 Days exercised in November **** |

| Hey, I live fairly close to that same Polly's in Long Beach. Thanks for mentioning that, Nettie! I'll go give it a try. ************** "Sometimes I think you have to march right in and demand your rights, even if you don't know what your rights are, or who the person is you're talking to. | Doc, Is that Polly's Pies Restaurant? The only one I've eaten at (pre-LC days) was in Whitter on Whitter Blvd. I love their Back Burner Soup, but probably not LC. It's a lentil base, but so good! The best pumpkin pie around, or course, pre-LC days! I haven't been there in several years, since I started LC. I live in the Inland Empire now, so Whitter is a world away from me. Teri |
