"Ongoing Weight Loss" at Low Carb Diet Support: "My bloodwork came back great.....cholesterol 172 from 195.....triglycerides 75 from 95,hgb 5.0,,,still working on my ldl(122)dr.want's it under 100 because of the diabetes Was told by a number of people how skinny i looked yesterday,haven't ...."

Was told by a number of people how skinny i looked yesterday,haven't lost that much weight but i guess it has shifted. I depend on this board for my inspiration.....just want to say THANK YOU!

Lilac, What wonderful news. What's your ratio of HDL to LDL. That is even more important than the numbers alone. If it's under 3......you're doing great.
