Just how bad are they for you anyway? I've been getting that pre-packaged salad mix form the supermarket and it has a good amount of carrots.
Traditionally, I've just kinda ignored their carb count even with thier high GI score, but lately, I'm tring to find all the sources of a current stall that I'm in.
I'm also wondering if its maybe the citric acid in the Diet Rite. Any thoughts on this would be peachy as well.
