I seem to be snacking on cheese alot and I'm not losing at all. I'm in ketosis I'm in between pink and purple.I'm so stalled though.
What else is there to snack on besides boiled eggs ,cheese, and porkskins??
I'm really down about it today after walking on the treadmill all weekend I'm worse off than I was before. Just want to cry today![]()

I guess I'll just wait and see. My hubby has to work late so I'm going to force myself to get on the treadmill again.Thanks for the encouraging words I really appreciate them.
