| Excellent choice! I have found that I enjoy bringing some of the Atkins Morning Start cereal in a little baggie to munch on when I have a lot of driving to do. Goes great with a bottle of water to wash it down. Michelle Started Atkins 9/03 |

| When I'm traveling and can't stop to eat at a restaurant for lack of time or money, I stop at a grocery store wherever I happen to find myself and I buy cheese or vienna sausages or turkey breast and stay low carb that way.
