Thread: WEBMD article

    I was checking out WEBMD this afternoon and saw on their homepage a lead article on how to make Thanksgiving low carb and guilt free-just a simple little article-not long and not really saying much about the low carb woe but a plus in how they are approaching it I thought. Check it out!

    Yes, it's nice they used the words "low carb" unfortunately the article is mostly about avoiding fat, with a lot of space devoted to taking the fat out of your gravey, mashed potatoes and pie crust.

    Yep, Maggie,

    It irritates me no end that people are jumping on the old LC bandwagon without knowing what the he** they are talking about (as in the recent KFC fiasco). No wonder people are confused as to what it's all about!

    It's particularly irresponsible when they have "Dr." in front of their name; we're supposed to trust them, right? I'll bet that most of us here on this board have a better understanding of LC than most doctors do.
