I keep wanting to mention this product. It's one of my favorites.

At Trader Joe's, they have something called "Mediterranean Blend." It's a bag of grated cheese. I was looking for some grated mozzarella, and this was the closest looking thing to it. (I love to sprinkle pre-grated mozarella on my salads.)

I have become TOTALLY ADDICTED to this stuff!

It's made from grated provolone, fontina, and kasseri cheese. The first two I know about. The last, I've never tried before. It's a great combination though, and Trader Joe's always seems to have the best cheeses in town at the best prices. This is $3 for a 12 ounce bag.

I'm not sure how to describe it. It's medium-soft, like grated mozarella, but it has a strong garlicky-cheesy smell.

I just love my Trader Joes!

One product they have over here is a bag of precut greens called Trader Joes Chard of Many Colors. It is so easy and so good!

Another product that is new to my area Joes is the ground almonds. They are cheaper than the whole almonds -- gotta love that!

Oh, and the LC tortillas

...and the organic sour cream

and the sea salt

and low carb pasta

and s/f peanut butter and jams for my kiddos...

and protein powders...

and coconut oil................

like I said, I love my Trader Joes
