i Guys.

I have just taken a look at the PCRM site, what load of trash.

Headlines read,

doctors prove this doctor prove that, research shows the other, with a liberal sprinkling of, may, could, might.

All written by the good Dr Neal Barnard.

But my favourite is :-

He says, “The fad approach has said, 'Let’s forget the fact that fat and cholesterol are linked to heart disease and let’s forget the fact that a meaty diet is linked to colon cancer.' We’ve known that for a long period of time. In the pursuit of short-term weight loss, people have gone on this approach. If we look, however, who on this planet are the skinniest and the thinnest and the best with a long-term weight management, it’s not people on high protein diets. It’s people in Asia who are on diets based on plant foods, rice noodles and vegetables or if you look at vegetarians, they are thinner and live longer than anyone else, so we should be going on that pattern.”

Seeing that he has said Asians live longer eating only vegetables, so I went and found these facts.

Life expectancy
India Male 63 female 65
Bangladesh 61 62
Pakistan 61, 61
Napal 60 60
Bhutan 62 64.

USA 74 80
UK 76 81
OZ 76 82
NZ 76 81.
Canada 77 82

So Friends and fellow carnivores who the F*** is trying to fool who.

From another forum someone said something like, "Crack addicts are skinny too, are they healthy?”

How strange. I guess all that meat that I saw in China was just a figment of my imagination, especially the pig's head that was sitting on the meat counter at the local supermarket that they took us to. Or the three dead chickens hanging off the back of a couple's motor scooter. Or how about all those duck farms out in the country? Sheesh. Most vegetarians I know struggle with their weight.

This is true!! I couldn't help but giggle when I read this. It's amazing what some people will justify as being healthy....
