Welcome back and so glad you are here to enjoy this website with me/us. Congratulation on losing your 33 pounds while you have been on this WOE with me. (Yall, this is my husband and I am so proud of him. He even had his birthday last Saturday and did not even want his birthday cake. I'm now a believer also after seeing that! Our family WOWED over his weight lost more than mine. He spent all day telling them how to do it the Akins way)

Oh how cute!!!!! You two crack me up, talking to each other here on this board. My DH and I used to IM each other and we were sitting in the same room!!!!!! ahahahaha!!! Guess what we were chatting about? LOLOLOL Keep up the good work you two!!!!!
