I just found out about flax o meal. Is it ok to eat during induction?

Nope...you might want to stay away from it until you are into OWL for a bit. And then when you do try it, just have it a time or two a week and see what it does to being in ketosis. You shouldn't have a problem with it then.

If you see a product called Cream of Flax, try it. It's really good - better than Flax o Meal imo.

You may want to try the recipe in Sharron's new cookbook. My DH eats flax o meal regularly, but liked the "homemade" kind even better ( and it's a lot less expensive).
