| Nope...you might want to stay away from it until you are into OWL for a bit. And then when you do try it, just have it a time or two a week and see what it does to being in ketosis. | You may want to try the recipe in Sharron's new cookbook. My DH eats flax o meal regularly, but liked the "homemade" kind even better ( and it's a lot less expensive). Marg 304/288/145 LC 07/19/03 |
