Well, I have been bouncing back and forth from 167 to 172 for some time now, so I decided to be honest (with myself?) about my weight. Let me tell you it is not as fun adding the pounds as it is subtracting them.
I have totally been messing up since 12/19, when I caved in and ate the sweet treats at school. Every day since then I have had some form of HC food(s). I have no control over my actions~~~yes I do, I just choose to ignore it.
I feel terrible. I am bloated and sluggish feeling, but that has not deterred me. I keep trying ot get back to LC but I need to get remotivated.
Wow! This post sure does sound whiny, but this is the mood I have been in.
How about some swift verbal kicks to get me moving?
