I don't know if it would or wouldn't help you lose. I know that if I didn't put cream in my coffee I couldn't drink it and cheese is very tasty. If you can go without by all means go. I would caution about a good calcium supplement however. I got over my screaming craving for a big bowl of Cheerios every night so now dairy is a take or leave thing. Except for my coffee! Leave the cream on the counter and back away slowly!

I know I was eating lots of cheese and I think it was making me stall. I was having monthly stalls, but when I quit eating so much cheese, I started loosing again. I still have a little on my salads, but I don't eat it daily like I did.

TM
That is correct, too much cheese tends to stall lots of people, many try to stay under 4oz per day and avoid having it every day.

Try it just for one week and see what happens. If you lose weight and haven't changed anything else, then you can safely come to the conclusion that it's the cheese.
