| I don't know if it would or wouldn't help you lose. I know that if I didn't put cream in my coffee I couldn't drink it and cheese is very tasty. If you can go without by all means go. I would caution about a good calcium supplement however. I got over my screaming craving for a big bowl of Cheerios every night so now dairy is a take or leave thing. Except for my coffee! | I know I was eating lots of cheese and I think it was making me stall. I was having monthly stalls, but when I quit eating so much cheese, I started loosing again. I still have a little on my salads, but I don't eat it daily like I did. |
