    just wanted to say hello and share my story. I started atkins on february the 8th and to date have lost 40 pounds..went from a size 33 waist to a 29 yippie!!!!!!!!!.(but) I would have never done it without this forum. I have spent countless hours reading it and I have one word of advice to people who are trying this for the first time..be patient!!!! oops that is two words sorry..anyway you can take the advice given here to the bank!!so much help and people who truly care and give their time to help others!!and with that I say thankyou and may God bless each and every one of you and have a happy and prosperous new year!!Danny
