| I have been doing this woe for almost 2 months now. In this two months I have been sick (cold,flu,bronchitis) like sick twice already. I am eating more veggies than ever so I don't know if this is just because it is flu season or because of my diet. I am not a pill taking person at all but I think I may need to start taking a vitamin. If I were to take one pill per day (I cant handle all of what Dr Atkins talks about) which vitamin would you suggest and where would I find it? I appreciate your help. Anita |

| in my opinion you're gonna need at least two pills. you could take a womens one a day vitamin which you could find anywhere. i also think you need to take a vitamin c daily. at least 500-1000mg. this helps your body fight illnesses off. you could find these anywhere vitamins are sold as well. check supermarkets or pharmacy's like cvs or walgreens, target & walmart also sell vitamins. christine 166/143/120 L/C 8/04/03 |
