I recently fouled up during the holidays so I am going to take the advise of some people who responded to my question about going back on induction - however I had just bought some low carb energy bars at costco to help me out in the morning when I work I out but I don't think they would be allowed - can anyone confirm that?
thanks

If at all possible, try to hold off til after induction on the bars. And even then, use with caution.

If you can still take them back to the store, do it. They're not good for your diet. If you want to eat something to help you exercise, eat something natural that's on the diet.

Sam,
YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary), but I LOVED the Strive Low Carb Bars, I WANTED them to be ok, they were my FAVORITE b'fast food.
I didn't want everyone else's experience to be mine, but alas, after a systematic removal of any "questionable" foods, I, alas, found out that LC bars were the cause of my stall.
If you are looking for a quick meal replacement or breakfast and can't find a better option, the Atkins shakes don't seem to have the same "hidden carbs". In my experience, they don't cause a stall like the bars.
Best of luck to you!!

Sam - I would avoid the bars. BTW, you will burn fat faster if you work out in the morning before eating anything. Your body's glycogen levels are depleted so you immediately start burning fat stores instead.
