I hope this hasn't been discussed before, however I do take a supplement of this every day. Maybe it works or has a placebo effect if I don't take it, however I find that my weight loss and energy levels are steady. Any ideas? 180pg/170/147/140

Welcome, Hillbeans. I just wanted to say "Make yourself at home." I'm sure one of our more supplement savy vets will have more comments. (I only take a multi & some C, myself.) I DO drink lots of green tea, but that's only 'cause I like it. Maggie 5'1" ~~ Atkins since '98 (160+) Maintaining nicely (110 +/-) ~~ Redhead until further notice!

Yes, I believe one of our members has previously reported the same results as you. I don't take it, but I do know that green tea has a noteworthy collection of phytochemicals and anti-oxidants. And if it works for you, hey, great! BC 172/108/108 Zone since 4/98
