"Ongoing Weight Loss" at Low Carb Diet Support: "I am going to move from induction to owl.. Qucik questions.. i read the 5 steps but it does not mention green beans.. can I add these if i stay under 5 carbs..I thought they ...."

My spouse and I had the green bean conversation last night, and I checked. They are listed as "string beans" (with wax beans) on the induction-legal list.

Deck try this: Fry up about 3 slices of bacon (cut into 1/2" pieces) and 1 tbs. chopped onion. Don't drain the grease. Add the green beans and cook til they are done. YUMMERS!!!!!! If you like bacon a lot, add more. OOOOoh it's sooooo good!!!!! You could add mushrooms too. and slivered almonds. Just go nuts with them..........
