Hi All,

I think I'm on the right track, but would like some feedback on my daily intake.

B - 2 boiled eggs, coffee with a couple tablespoons of cream

L - Salad with turkey and cheese and ranch dressing

D - Hamburger patty with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion mustard & mayo w/broccoli and cauliflower

Also had 2 mini cheesecakes, 100 oz of water, 1 can Diet Rite soda and 2 pieces of cheese.

Am I eating too much? Any feedback would be appreciated.

I am wondering the amounts of the things you are eating? Depending on the amounts you could be getting too many carbs. You want to stay under 20 if you are on induction. Have you tried fitday to keep track of carbs (especially hidden ones!)

Otherwise, it looks good to me

If you're on induction you shouldn't have the cheesecake. Even if it's low carb. Just stick to meats (except imitation fish) and legal veggies. Happy low carbing!

I just noticed something else...it looks like too much cheese. No more than 4 oz a day on induction. Here is a great site with induction friendly food lists:
