Oops...I mean my .02 cents. First, i'd probably try and drink tons of water. I really think this is the key to getting back into the swing of things. Second, I know for me, it's hard to just go cold turkey so I gradually reduced my carbohydrates and increased exercise over the span of around 7-10 days. I find that if you've already done induction, at least for me, it was never as good as the first time. 10 pounds in 4 weeks at your already lower weight of 140 would probably be tough but not impossible. Good luck.

Yaz
You didn't do very much damage with only a 2 pound gain. Congratulations! In your position I would probably reduce my carbs to 20 -25 for a few days, increase my exercise and as Hillbeans said, Drink that water. I don't recommend doing a full 2 week induction, but that's your call.

Everyone body is so different but i think it is almost imposible to loose 10 lbs in one month when you are close to your goal weight.
Do the best you can without starving, because in the end that slows your metabolism. I wish you the best and please keep us posted.

Started 3/20/03 thru 9/2003
Restarted 1/2/04, this time i will finish what i started.
