Just wanted to let everyone know that they should check their SuperWalmart. Mine started carrying the Atkins bread and bagels this week. They had samples right as you walked in. The onion bagel I tasted was really good.

My Walmart has jumped on the LC thing big time. They have a big display of LC foods in the main isle leading from the front of the store to the back that's between grocery and clothing. Have to say I'm impressed! And happy I don't have to go running all over town when I need something.

I also saw the bagels and bread at Farm Fresh yesterday.

I do not know if Farm fresh is only a Virginia change or not.

Maybe you can help-i saw an advertisement for low carb bowls (entrees) made without rice, potatoes, etc for about 10-12 grams. I cannot find it at my local walmarts. Has anyone found these. They are made by "chef's choice".

Super Wal-mart has them here. Look in the freezer area with the other frozen dinners/entrees. I've tried all four available here and are ok. Net carbs much lower than displayed on the front of container. look for a blue box.

My local Kroger has started to carry Adkins breads. I paid $4.99 for the raisin bagels. I bought them on Sunday and have not even tasted them yet. I am trying to lose some of my holiday weight.

On the Chef Choice Bowls...

The only place I have been able to find them is Super WalMart.

The chicken ones are excellent and the Mexican Pork one is good. The Beef Stew and Shrimp Stir-Fry remind me of airline food.

Super Targets also have the Atkins bread and bagels. They also have another low-carb bread that my husband and I really, really like. It is based on soy, but to us it is one of the best breads we have found so far. I think it's called "bread for life" or something like it. The dinner rolls are really wonderful - especially toasted w/butter. hhmm!
